Baltimore, MD (July 2, 2025) – RELI Group is proud to welcome Jason Balser as Senior Director of AI and Data Strategy. In this role, Jason will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that harness the power of data and artificial intelligence to drive insight, improve operational efficiency and inform mission-critical decisions across the health and national security sectors.
Jason is a seasoned technology executive and trusted advisor with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations advance digital transformation and drive meaningful results. His expertise spans enterprise modernization, stakeholder engagement and applied innovation, grounding emerging technologies in real-world solutions that serve the public good.

Prior to joining RELI, Jason served as Vice President at CGI, where he led large-scale transformation programs for global financial institutions and mission-based organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from Clemson University and maintains certifications in both AI Strategy and Customer Experience.
