Atul Singh is the Chief Technology Officer at RELI Group, where he leads enterprise-wide technology strategy, architecture and innovation to support the company’s mission-driven work across federal health and national security. With more than 25 years of experience as a product, technology and engineering executive, Atul brings a proven track record of transforming complex systems, modernizing platforms and delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions that drive measurable impact.
Throughout his career, Atul has led large global teams across government and commercial sectors, with responsibility for portfolios generating up to $500 million in annual revenue. He is known for instituting agile and lean practices that improve quality, accelerate delivery and reduce costs. Prior to joining RELI, Atul served as Chief Product Officer at Successware, where he led the complete reengineering and relaunch of the company’s flagship platform into a modern SaaS solution. He has also held senior leadership roles at SAIC and CGI, overseeing product engineering, digital transformation initiatives and the successful integration of large-scale acquisitions.
Atul earned his Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and holds certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Scaled Agile (SAFe).
