Baltimore, MD (October 20, 2025) – RELI Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Rhonda White, MPH, PMP, as CMS Business Development and Capture Manager, bringing more than two decades of experience leading large-scale programs and strategic growth initiatives within the federal health sector.
In this role, White will guide RELI’s strategic pursuits within the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and support the company’s continued growth across the federal health sector. Drawing on her extensive experience managing complex health program portfolios, leading modernization and fraud prevention initiatives, and fostering cross-agency collaboration, she will help position RELI to deliver innovative, mission-focused solutions for its government partners.

White most recently served as a Senior Capture Manager supporting federal civilian health programs. She holds a Master of Public Health from San Diego State University, a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Towson University, and certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
