Rhonda White serves as the CMS Business Development and Capture Manager at RELI Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience in federal health strategy, capture management and program leadership. A seasoned business development professional, she has guided strategic pursuits and program initiatives across multiple federal and state health agencies including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the New York State Department of Health and the Maryland Department of Health. Throughout her career, Rhonda has led modernization, compliance and fraud prevention efforts that have strengthened oversight, improved operational performance and advanced the integrity of public health programs.
