Baltimore, MD (October 27, 2025) – RELI Group, Inc. is pleased to welcome René Nutter as Business Development & Capture Manager. With more than 20 years of experience in business development and program leadership, Nutter brings deep expertise in capture strategy, client engagement, and growth planning across federal health and civilian sectors.
In this strategic role, Nutter will lead RELI Group’s capture lifecycle efforts within the federal health sector. She will oversee opportunity development, pipeline management, and pursuit strategy to expand RELI’s presence in health-focused programs and support its mission of improving the health, safety and security of the American public.

Nutter joins RELI from Abt Global, where she held progressive leadership roles managing capture and growth initiatives for federal health and research programs. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Lake Erie College and brings a results-driven approach to opportunity development, solution alignment, and stakeholder partnerships.
