Alison Flacks is a seasoned health policy expert with more than 16 years of experience supporting federal health programs through strategic planning, policy development and cross-agency collaboration. Currently serving as a Health Policy Subject Matter Expert at RELI Group, she provides in-depth analysis of federal health regulations and legislation impacting Medicare, Medicaid, the Affordable Care Act and other key programs.
Alison’s career spans work with the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Defense, including a decade-long tenure with the Defense Health Agency where she led multidisciplinary teams and managed multimillion-dollar contracts. Her expertise includes quality assurance, strategic communications and data-driven program improvement.
She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Developmental Psychology from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of Virginia. Alison is PMP certified and brings a thoughtful, mission-oriented perspective to advancing federal health initiatives.
