Bill Otovic has more than 17 years supporting applications and operations within federal healthcare, and more than 25 years of managed hosting experience. His has experience with multiple operating system versions of UNIX, networking software, and web and application middleware. His proven ability to architect, design, migrate and deploy CMS legacy systems into the Cloud, coupled with his leadership ability, has led to several successful projects from concept to full operations with CMS.
Bill holds an AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification which enables him to plan and design AWS solutions. He creates meaningful visualizations of design and functionality that depicts the integration of the web, application, data and external interfaces, including multiple public and private networks. Bill is well-versed with the CMS TRB and foundational documentation to support CMS XLC/TLC, and has achieved the Authority to Operate (ATO) for several CMS systems. Additionally, Bill is also SAFe practitioner and UiPath RPA Associate.
