Christopher Nutter is a seasoned cybersecurity and program management executive with over two decades of leadership supporting federal agencies across health IT, defense, and homeland security. At RELI Group, he serves as Director of Cyber Operations and Program Director for CMS MIDAS, overseeing strategic planning, execution, and modernization of large-scale, mission-critical IT systems. His focus includes cybersecurity operations, data platform modernization, and program integration, aligning technical delivery with business value for CMS stakeholders.
Prior to joining RELI, Chris held senior leadership roles at ManTech International and Booz Allen Hamilton, managing programs valued at over $100M and leading multidisciplinary teams across cybersecurity, analytics, and IT operations. His expertise spans SAFe Agile, ITIL, and PMP methodologies, with a proven ability to deliver secure, compliant, and innovative solutions that meet evolving federal requirements. Chris is PMP and Security+ certified and holds a Top Secret/SCI clearance. His leadership is shaped by a strong foundation in national security operations, risk management, and cross-functional team development. His skills are refined through his early career as a U.S. Army EOD Team Leader supporting WMD counterterrorism efforts.
