Jeff Plant is an experienced IT Program Manager with more than 27 years of consulting and program management experience. As Program Director at RELI Group, Jeff supports programs and key growth initiatives across the firm’s federal health portfolio through effective communication, a client-driven mindset and a perspective based on service.
Prior to joining RELI Group, Jeff has spent two decades supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), working across quality reporting, value‑based purchasing, marketplace oversight and program integrity efforts tied to the Affordable Care Act. He brings deep, valuable expertise in federal health programs, program integrity and large‑scale CMS initiatives.
Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds certifications spanning Agile, ITIL, BPMN and CMMI.
