Mark Milleker

Mark Milleker is a highly engaged human resources executive with expertise in driving organizational excellence, transformation, vision and change. Mark has more than 20 years of commercial professional services and federal contracting experience, and a proven record for designing human resources initiatives, core capabilities and turnaround efforts to improve underdeveloped and underperforming organizations.

Mark previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Colonial Parking before joining RELI Group. In this role, he developed a comprehensive on/offboarding program, administered payroll for over 800 employees, and developed and administered compensation, benefits and incentive plans. As an established human resources leader, Mark has expertise in recruiting and talent acquisition, HR operations, HRIS acquisition, implementation and administration, crisis management and strategic planning, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, risk mitigation and compliance, and more.
