Mohammad Elias is the Founder and CEO of RELI Group, a mission-focused government contractor dedicated to advancing the health, safety and security of the American public. Under his leadership, RELI has become a trusted partner to federal agencies, recognized for its expertise in program integrity, digital transformation, intelligence and informatics, and operational efficiency. The company has earned national recognition as a five-time Inc.5000 honoree and has received numerous industry accolades for its innovation, growth and commitment to public service.
With more than two decades of experience in federal IT and strategic program delivery, Mr. Elias brings a deep understanding of government challenges and a commitment to designing innovative, outcome-driven solutions. Prior to founding RELI, he held senior roles supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), where he led efforts to implement mission-critical programs and modernize health IT systems.
Mr. Elias is also the co-founder of the Elias & Sultana Foundation, a nonprofit he established with his wife, Rebeka Sultana, to support initiatives in food stability, housing security and access to education. He remains actively involved in charitable and industry communities and is driven by a passion for service and impact.
He holds an MBA from Drake University and a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University.
