With recent experience in proposal capture, business growth, and resource development, Pam is a practice lead director who leads and directs staff members for their success in their respective roles. She prioritizes ethics and ensures effective project delivery. With a background in the information technology and services industry, she has served as a program director, building strong customer relationships, and overseeing large and complex programs. Pam’s aim is to implement efficient and lean approaches. Additionally, Pam is a skilled SAFe coach, assisting in mindset and productivity changes. Her expertise includes management, scrum, kanban, agile methodologies, project management, and program management. She possesses strong product management skills and excels at coaching, guiding, and mentoring agile transitions from waterfall methodology. Pam is certified as a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) program consultant (SPC) and has a knack for quickly grasping new concepts while working under pressure.
