Sarjoo Shah is Client Executive Director for Citizen Services at RELI Group, where he leads growth in the state health and entitlement markets, expanding the company’s fraud, waste and abuse prevention services into new markets. With more than 35 years of executive experience in public sector technology, Sarjoo brings deep expertise in digital transformation, enterprise architecture and operational leadership that improves service delivery and drives measurable impact.
Throughout his career, Sarjoo has led major technology initiatives for state and local government agencies including serving as Chief Information Officer for Oklahoma’s Health and Human Services agencies where he managed a $103 million IT budget and spearheaded statewide modernization efforts. Most recently, he served as Industry Executive Director at Oracle where he led strategic growth in Health and Human Services, drove Oracle Cloud adoption and developed over 50 AI use cases to improve outcomes in Medicaid, SNAP and Child Welfare programs.
Sarjoo is an AI and Cloud Foundations Certified professional, a Certified Enterprise Architect and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
