Vik Bansal is an accomplished senior executive with over 20 years of experience leading financial and business operations within high-growth government contracting and commercial organizations. As Chief of Business Operations at RELI Group, he drives strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, financial performance and organizational growth.
Throughout his career, Vik has demonstrated expertise in operations management, finance, corporate IT, talent acquisition, facilities management, proposal pricing, international business expansion, banking and investment finance, and merger and acquisition (M&A) integration. His leadership has been instrumental in scaling companies from early-stage startups to organizations exceeding $600 million in revenue and thousands of employees.
Before joining RELI Group, Vik held executive leadership roles at Infinite Computer Solutions, Attain Partners, Attain LLC, DMI and Catapult Technology. He played a pivotal role in M&A transactions, including the $430 million sale of Attain Federal to Maximus. He has also led financial and IT system integrations, streamlined shared services, and optimized procurement processes for organizations managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
Vik holds a BS in economics and a BS in accounting from the University of Maryland. He also earned an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, and holds an Associate Certificate in Contract Management from George Washington University as well as a Project Management Professional certification.
