FedPath Solutions Wins CMS Award for Risk Adjustment Data Validation Medical Record Review

Baltimore, MD (October 1, 2026) – The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has awarded FedPath Solutions – a joint venture between RELI Group, Inc., and ePathUSA – a contract to serve as the Risk Adjustment Data Validation Medical Record Review Contractor (RADV MRRC). This contract continues RELI Group’s support of RADV MRRC services for CMS since 2016.  

Under this task order, FedPath will provide project management, medical record intake, medical record diagnoses code abstraction, quality assurance and continuous improvement, appeals support, and workflow and reporting improvements services to combat fraud, waste and abuse within the Medicare Advantage program.

The award builds on RELI’s longstanding support of CMS and its mission. Since 2013, RELI has supported more than 60 contracts across 12 CMS operating divisions, delivering expertise in program integrity, health IT and health informatics. This work has included advanced analytics, stakeholder engagement and end-to-end technology solutions, giving RELI deep experience helping CMS protect the integrity of federal health programs, improve healthcare delivery and enhance outcomes for millions of Americans. 

Work on this contract begins on September 30, 2026.
