Baltimore, MD (July 21, 2026) – RELI Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathy McCracken as Client Relationship Executive. McCracken joins RELI with a distinguished background spanning federal healthcare, acquisition strategy and business development.
In her role, McCracken will work across multiple areas of the business, supporting strategic positioning, client engagement and proposal development, while helping translate evolving federal policy into actionable growth strategies.

Prior to joining RELI, McCracken spent more than 25 years at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), where she served in leadership roles spanning Medicare appeals, federal acquisition and contract oversight. She began there supporting fraud, waste and abuse efforts, before moving into an appeals-focused tenure. As a Technical Advisor and COR III-certified Contracting Officer’s Representative, she led programmatic acquisition planning, developed Statements of Work, served on Technical Evaluation Panels, and researched and resolved complex appeals inquiries and related operational matters.
McCracken begins with RELI on July 20.
