RELI Group Launches Community Engagement Verification System (CEVS) Tool

Published: May 22, 2026

Baltimore, MD (May 22, 2026) – RELI Group today announced the launch of its Community Engagement Verification System (CEVS) tool on Medicaid.gov as a resource for state Medicaid agencies implementing new participation requirements. CEVS provides a secure, modern solution that helps states verify compliance as it happens, reduce administrative burden, strengthen oversight, and improve audit readiness through transparent workflows.

Built for practical implementation at scale, CEVS enables states to manage participation verification through integrated beneficiary and facility workflows, compliance tracking, exemption management and enterprise-level analytics. The system creates a more reliable framework for administering requirements while helping agencies improve operational coordination, reporting accuracy and program integrity.

“State Medicaid agencies need practical, scalable tools that help them implement new requirements without sacrificing accountability or operational efficiency,” said RELI Group Chief Innovation Officer Sarah Sanchez. “CEVS reflects RELI’s commitment to delivering innovative, mission-ready solutions that help public agencies modernize compliance, strengthen oversight and better serve their communities.”

Through advanced analytics, CEVS helps states and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services monitor trends; identify risks; detect anomalies; and strengthen fraud, waste and abuse prevention. By transforming verification data into actionable insights, the platform supports stronger decision-making while improving visibility into operational performance.

“CEVS was designed to bridge policy and execution,” said Sarjoo Shah, Client Executive Director of Citizen Services. “By combining verifiable workflows, real-time data capture and operational flexibility, we are equipping states with a practical solution that supports compliance while improving visibility, consistency and administrative performance.”
