Reflecting on 2024 and Looking Ahead to 2025: Driving Mission-Critical Systems with Citizen-Centric Solutions
As RELI Group’s Founder, I have been deeply invested in our company’s growth and success since its inception. This year, I resumed my role as CEO, stepping back into a position I am passionate about as we navigate an exciting chapter in RELI’s journey. It has been an incredible privilege to work alongside our talented team and valued customers, driving innovative solutions that make a real difference. As we close out 2024, I’d like to share some reflections on the past year and explore the trends that will shape our industry in 2025.
At RELI Group, our mission has always been clear: to support and improve the health, safety and security of the American public through the missions of our federal, state and local government customers. This year, we made great strides in delivering on that promise, with a focus on mission-critical systems, citizen-centric solutions, and comprehensive program support that truly sets us apart.
A Year of Growth and Excellence
2024 marked a significant milestone for RELI as we cemented our place as a mid-size contractor. This transition has brought new opportunities and challenges, but our unwavering commitment to quality and customer service remains at the heart of everything we do.
Our customers benefit from the best of both worlds: the robust capabilities of a large business paired with the agility, nimbleness and hands-on customer service traditionally associated with smaller firms. This combination has enabled us to respond swiftly to complex challenges, deliver tailored solutions and consistently exceed expectations. The exceptional CPARs we’ve received are a testament to the dedication and excellence of our team.
Trends Shaping 2025 and Beyond
As we look ahead, the landscape for federal government and government contracting continues to evolve. Here are a few trends we see shaping the future and our work at RELI:
- Increased Emphasis on Citizen-Centric Services
Federal agencies are prioritizing the needs of the people they serve. In 2025, we expect to see even greater demand for solutions that are intuitive, accessible and designed with the citizen experience in mind. RELI is proud to lead in this space, leveraging human-centered design and innovative technology to deliver impactful results. You can see the power of this work in publications such as the Transportation Security Agency’s Passenger Experience Survey Report, and read more about our CX work throughout our recent blog posts. - Modernizing Mission-Critical Systems
Modernization remains a top priority for federal agencies seeking to improve efficiency, security, and scalability. RELI’s expertise in modernizing legacy systems while ensuring continuity of operations positions us as a trusted partner for these transformative efforts. Our work on IT modernization, transition to the cloud, and cloud security has touched the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, National Institutes of Health, and Indian Health Services. Even services such as establishing baseline standards, which we recently completed for Indian Health Services, are an essential part of modernizing mission-critical systems. - Enhanced Program Support for Complex Missions
As federal agencies tackle increasingly complex missions, the need for robust program support will continue to grow. RELI’s ability to offer comprehensive program management services ensures our customers have the support they need to achieve their goals, from strategy to execution. RELI’s transformative work on the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System, or NPPES, program has lead to improved communication, transparency and efficiency, and brought organized collaboration among stakeholders that opened the door for additional innovation. - Adopting Emerging Technologies
The rapid pace of technological innovation will drive federal agencies to explore emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics. RELI is at the forefront of integrating these technologies into mission-critical environments, helping our customers harness the power of innovation. Work with emerging technologies is ongoing, including the development of a prototype for a medical review and auditing system, using purpose built and specifically trained Large Language Models (LLMs).
Looking Ahead with Gratitude and Purpose
As we prepare for the opportunities and challenges of 2025, I want to thank our team at RELI for their dedication, innovation and unwavering commitment to excellence. Every success we’ve achieved this year is a direct result of your hard work and passion for making a difference.
I also want to express my gratitude to our customers for their trust and partnership. It is a privilege to support your missions, and we remain committed to delivering the solutions and support you need to serve the American public effectively.
The year ahead holds tremendous promise, and RELI Group is ready to lead the way with citizen-centric solutions, modernized systems and unparalleled program support. Together, we will continue to drive innovation, deliver results and make a meaningful impact. Here’s to a successful 2025 and beyond!
