RELI Group Welcomes New Business Development Executive

RELI Group is proud to announce the appointment of Mark Koepke as a Senior Capture/Business Development Executive. With more than 30 years of experience in business development and health policy, Mark Koepke brings extensive expertise in business development, relationship management and strategic planning.

Koepke’s notable career includes key roles in various healthcare organizations, showcasing his ability to secure contracts and generate revenue. His achievements include winning numerous proposals totaling nearly $100 million in value throughout his time at Health Management Solutions, IMPAQ International, Social & Scientific Systems, and IFMC (now Telligen).

Koepke’s deep understanding of the healthcare industry is further highlighted by his role as Project Officer and Health Insurance Specialist for CMS. During this time, he managed projects and contractors, leading initiatives worth millions of dollars and played a crucial role in developing and publicly reporting hospital quality measures for the Medicare Value-Based Purchasing Program.

Educationally, Koepke holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law, an MA in Hospital and Health Administration from the University of Iowa Graduate College, and a BA in Policy Sciences from Duke University.
