RELI Welcomes New Chief Strategy Officer

Douglas Kelly - Chief Strategy OfficerRELI Group is excited to announce the recent appointment of Douglas Kelly Jr. to its team as the new Chief Strategy Officer, officially starting with RELI on May 28. Kelly brings more than 20 years of experience working within both the federal and private sectors, including extensive growth and client-facing executive roles.

 

Kelly joins RELI Group from NTT Data, where he served as the P&L Leader of its federal health practice, after serving as the Vice President of Sales for NTT DATA’s federal health and civilian markets. Under his leadership, the organization secured more than $75 million in new business and received multiple awards for delivery excellence from clients including the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Department of Health & Human Services.

 

Throughout his career, Kelly has served in a variety of strategic leadership roles, including positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, KPMG, CRSA (formerly CSC) and Accenture. He has managed many multi-million-dollar contracts and driven growth across the federal space, including with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and NIH.

Prior to his tenure in the federal contracting space, Kelly served in the Peace Corps, helped start up a Chinese dot-com and served as an independent management consultant. He holds an International MBA from the University of South Carolina as well as a BA in History from the University of North Carolina.
