Jason Balser is a technology executive and trusted advisor with more than two decades of experience helping mission-driven organizations harness the power of data and emerging technologies. As Senior Director of AI and Data Strategy at RELI Group, he leads initiatives that unlock insights, streamline operations, and strengthen strategic decision-making across health and national security domains.
With a background spanning enterprise modernization, stakeholder engagement and digital transformation, Jason brings a pragmatic and people-centered approach to complex challenges. Prior to joining RELI, he served as Vice President at CGI, where he directed multimillion-dollar transformation programs for global financial institutions and mission-based organizations.
Jason is passionate about ethical AI adoption, lifelong learning and simplifying the complex. He frequently speaks on topics such as digital strategy, the future of work and the responsible usage of AI. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from Clemson University, along with certifications in AI Strategy and Customer Experience.
