Baltimore, MD (April 17, 2026) – RELI Group, a trusted partner to federal health agencies, announced the addition of Jeff Plant as Program Director, where he will also support several programs across the firm’s federal health portfolio and key growth initiatives.
With more than 27 years of consulting and program management experience, Plant brings deep expertise in federal health programs, program integrity and large‑scale Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) initiatives. He has spent two decades supporting CMS, working across quality reporting, value‑based purchasing, marketplace oversight and program integrity efforts tied to the Affordable Care Act.

Plant is a Project Management Professional and holds multiple certifications spanning Agile, ITIL, BPMN and CMMI. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego and is currently pursuing an Artificial Intelligence certification focused on business strategy through the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
