Kathy McCracken is a federal health programs leader with more than 25 years of experience advancing Medicare policy, program oversight and business development. Prior to joining RELI Group, she spent more than two decades at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, where she served as a Technical Advisor and Health Insurance Specialist, leading complex contracting activities, regulatory compliance efforts and multimillion-dollar program oversight for Medicare appeals and program integrity initiatives.
Throughout her career, Kathy has specialized in federal acquisition, Medicare appeals, health policy and strategic growth initiatives. She has extensive experience developing technical requirements, overseeing contractor performance, interpreting regulatory requirements and supporting high-value federal health programs. Kathy holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Policy & Administration from The Pennsylvania State University and was a certified Level III Contracting Officer’s Representative for over 12 years.
