Baltimore, MD (July 16, 2025) – RELI Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarjoo Shah as Client Executive Director, Citizen Services. With more than 35 years of experience supporting public health and citizen services, Shah brings deep expertise in strategy development, program modernization, and cross-agency collaboration at both the state and federal levels.
In this strategic role, Shah will lead RELI Group’s efforts to expand its fraud, waste and abuse prevention services in the state health and entitlement markets. He will also play a key role in advancing RELI’s citizen services strategy, helping government agencies modernize delivery, strengthen outcomes and drive mission impact through technology-enabled solutions.

Shah joins RELI from Oracle Corporation, where he served as Industry Executive Director for Health and Human Services and spearheaded go-to-market strategies, AI and analytics adoption, and cloud modernization initiatives for state and local clients. His career also includes senior leadership roles at SAIC, NTT Data, Deloitte Consulting and the state of Oklahoma, where he served as the CIO for Health and Human Services agencies within the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES).
