The rise of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) have reshaped our world beyond just the govcon space. The key success factor is to find the right use case for government.
At RELI Group, we’ve embraced this challenge, putting forth innovative solutions that leverage these technologies to create new efficiencies for our clients. As just one example, our Health Information Technology sector partnered with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on using RPA to process Medicare appeals. As much as AI/ML can help tap newer ways to solve problems, they also pose some challenges. The government is working hard to put together structure and governance, so these technologies don’t get exposed to vulnerabilities.
